Hey! So Glad You're Here.
I am Immanuelraj Soosaiprakasam, a researcher in the area of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies. I have been working in Oil & Gas industry over 15 years with major oil producers in North America. I am passionate about CCS and other low carbon energy technologies. I have completed Master of Applied Sciences in Industrial Systems Engineering from University of Regina.
I was one of the few early researchers worked in International Test Centre for CO2 capture (ITC, now renamed as CETRI, University of Regina) on corrosion issues in amine gas treating plants and inhibitors. I have published my research work in international journals and presented in various international conferences. My current focus is on safe transportation of CO2 (gas or dense phase) through pipelines to storage sites and hydrogen energy technologies.
I created Carbon Talk as a platform to connect with fellow researchers and share knowledge related to CCS, latest developments in the market, technological advancements that would take us to NETZERO 2050. Feel free to provide your comments on the articles and connect with me personally through the contact form. I also welcome guest authors writing articles on this website.
